Operations is known by many names, including Church Operations, Parish Administration, and Church Management. But what is it and what does it involve? Operations at Hope is broken into 3 major areas: Accounting & Finance, Facility, and Office with these areas representing a broad category that includes human resources, information technology, office management, facility management, and much more. Operations is all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps Hope running day-to-day and enriches the experience of everyone who walks through our doors.
